WHO WE ARE

A strategic "out of the box" thinking HR professional with over 15 years of progressive HR consulting experience in all areas of HR and in a variety of industries.  He holds the CHRL professional designation (Certified Human Resources Leader) from the H.R.P.A., as well as an undergraduate degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a Business Diploma from Mohawk College.  Prior to starting his HR career he owned and operated his own small business and began his Human Resource's career as a Head Hunter/ Account Manager in downtown Toronto. More recently, he led the HR function for many top rated medium and large sized businesses.  He believes in adding value for every dollar spent, and that it is critical to focus on value added HR initiatives. If an HR initiative isn't adding value to your business, focus your time and resources elsewhere.  Top HR professionals are always strategic in everything they do. During his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and giving back to the local communities he works in.
